Q:I am considering purchasing this transmission for my 1989 Comanche. However, my current transmission is a Peugeot and I'm not sure whether or not the AX15 will bolt right in or if I would have to find a transfer case, bell housing, etc to go with it? A:BEST ANSWERHello! It will not bolt straight on - you are correct about needing an adapter or custom bellhousing and transfer case. Perhaps another customer who has done a similar retrofit will chime in with what is required. Show less
