I looked everywhere for one of these and was nervous as to whether or not it would fit. This part fit my 2009 CRV perfectly. The downside was I had to buy the hardware but that was done fairly easily at the local parts store.

Front License Plate Bracket
OEM mount, but lacks installation instructions and the hardware required to attach it.
While is part itself appears well made, it does NOT include instructions for mounting it to the front bumper or any of the required screws, bolts, nuts and washers required to install it. I believe that at a minimum instructions should be provided including the recommend sizes of the screws and bolts needed even if purchased separately.
