This leaf spring is for a 3 inch drop. What you need is a helper spring for adding more load. Another option is for a suspension air spring/airbag to be installed on your rear. Please consult with your trusted local auto repair shop for this suspension upgrade you need since you are carrying and hauling heavy items. Show less
