Prior to this year, David served as CarParts.com’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer – a dual role he held since March 2019.

Under his leadership at CarParts.com, the company has undergone a comprehensive operational turnaround with record financial growth. As a result of David’s guidance, CarParts.com is currently – and has been – on firm financial footing. The company has achieved eight consecutive quarters of year over year growth, doubling the size of the business in just three years. David drives home the company’s commitment to connecting with employees and customers alike, creating the strongest business possible. David’s tenure is reflected in the opening of four brand new distribution centers as well as the implementation of an entirely refreshed supply chain technology stack. With a focus on data-driven decisions and a metrics-based management style, the company has been able to navigate global supply chain disruptions as well as an inflationary environment using newly built world-class data science and inventory forecasting capabilities. David is known for his people-first culture and driving performance out of existing teams both onshore and offshore.

David comes with more than a decade of experience in consumer-packaged goods and retail execution. David holds a BS in Accounting and a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California. He currently maintains an active CPA license in the state of California. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife of 16 years, Deborah, and their two beautiful daughters.
