Does this come with an immoblizer and coded keys 2007 odyssey 3.5l?Larry P.Mar 08, 2022
Best Answer:Hi Larry, I'm glad to help you out. Upon checking, it does not come with an immobilizer and the keys are blank. You need to transfer the immobilizer from the old to the new part. The information from the original keys will need to be transferred to the blank by using cloning tools available at locksmiths. You can use the link below to order the set if interested. I am confused,. In one answer you state that it is already programed and coded. In the other answer you say that the unit needs to be programed. Do I have to get the keys programed or not? It will cost me an additional $100 to have the keys codedBig alFeb 02, 2022
Best Answer:Hi Alan, I'm pleased to assist you. We apologize for the confusion. Based on the "Notes under Highlights" (located just below the product image) the keys are already "coded". A coded lock cylinder has the correct key code inside of the key cylinder. Not unless you have anti-theft, you will just have to relearn. There is no need for programming. This ignition lock cylinder comes with 2 keys already coded and ready to install. You'll just have to get used to using 2 keys - one for the doors and the new key for the ignition lock.
