Holes didn't line up, so I had to drill new holes. Other than that it worked fine.

Fits perfect for 2019 Ford transit no fish wire needed. The bolts are not self threading as said. There are threaded holes in the truck frame covered smooth with some compound. Was easy to clean with 12x1.75 tap.
