Great quality. It took a little longer for my mechanic to installed than the 30 minutes advertised, about an hour.

Shipped fast. Install instructions were easy enough to follow. I did watch the YouTube install video to make sure I understood everything. I installed by myself and used a car jack to help hold everything in place while threading the screws.
I attached a five bike hitch rack with no issues. Getting all five bikes on took some patience but everything worked great.
