As per checking, we have 3 direct fit part numbers you could choose from, depending on the load capacity. Since you forgot to mention the submodel type of your 2018 Honda CRV, I selected the LX submodel with a 2.4L engine. The options are by Curt brand with part numbers- 12169, 12693 and 13397.
