Yes, these are the headlight and the turn signal lights in one assembly. it is for the single beam headlight and beside it is the turn signal light in amber color. Both come with the bulbs, plug and play.

The headlight focus adjustment is done after you install the headlight in place. The screw adjuster is located at the back of the housing of the headlight.
