Looks just like the factory part. The fit was so tight that I was worried about an unlikely future removal. I decided to file a small amount off the plastic tabs to make it easier.

You’ll be happy you purchased this
I have a 2000 and 2001 Chevy Monte Carlo and the Hazard Relay seems to be a common issue. In the 2001 it also ties into the turn signals which would work sometimes and not work other times. I finally decided to order this and install it myself with the help of a YouTube video. It was fairly easy to do. Now my hazard and turn signals work! I only gave it 4 stars because it’s not as loud (blinking) as the previous hazard flasher but overall I’m satisfied with this product.
