Best Answer:Hi Kaleve, I'm glad to help you out. This is just the harmonic balancer itself. The washer is sold separately. For the bolts, you can reuse the old ones or we suggest getting them at a local auto supply store. They sell them at most auto parts stores. I hope this helps.
