Product Questions & Answers

Q:1997 infiniti q45 does this product keeps my gas/fuel door closed?
A shopper
A:BEST ANSWERHi, No. This is for the fuel sending unit lock ring of the 1997 Infiniti Q45. Not for the gas door. There are three reasons why a fuel door might get stuck open. 1) Lose fuel door cable. 2) The taut fuel door cable. 3) Broken fuel door latch. Many fuel doors have latches where they close to hold the door in place. If this latch breaks, it may be stuck in the open position. Show less
