Based on our catalog and advertisement, it was only the fuel pump and does not include anything else, like the filter.
The description on durability implies that, when you have an inlet filter. It would increase the efficiency of the pump if you have it but doesn’t say it was included.

Nowadays, the fuel pump is located inside the tank with sending unit included. But way back in the early 1980s, the fuel pump is separate from the fuel sending unit and is located outside or inside the fuel tank.
