Hi John, I'm glad to help you out. Based on the manufacturer's website, this part will not fit the Chrysler 300 6 Cyl. This is for custom-built engines with 4-barrel square bore type. If you have an aftermarket manifold or a 4-barrel adaptor, then this will fit. I suggest calling the manufacturer Holley at 1-866-464-6553. The kit comes with everything you need to install it.
