Best Answer:Hi Heath, The Certified Automotive Parts Association(CAPA) is a non-profit organization that certifies the quality of automotive parts used for collision repairs. CAPA oversees a testing and inspection program that certifies the quality of automotive parts used for collision repairs. CAPA ensures that aftermarket parts meet quality standards for fit, component materials, and corrosion resistance. However, for the non CAPA, keep in mind that being non-CAPA certified doesn't necessarily mean lower quality. In many cases the parts are just as good but the manufacturer chooses not to pursue CAPA certification in order to cut costs.

Excellent OEM Replacement
I put this on a 2017 Honda Pilot EXL and it fit perfectly. The lense actually felt more durable than the OEM one it replaced. Something to keep in mind is that if you replace only one then there's a chance that the older one may "appear" brighter than the new one but that is likely an illusion caused in part by the high speed debris blasting and essentially frosting the old light.
