Best Answer:Hi Ed, I'm pleased to help you out. This part is guaranteed to fit the 2002 Lexus SC430 Base 8 Cyl 4.3L. As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store. They sell them at most auto parts stores. You will be needing Fender Retainer 53867-48010, Fender Clip Seal 90467-07043-C0, Liner Retainer (3 per side) 53879-50010, Fender Liner Pad 53851-24010.
