HI. LOOKING TO KNOW IT THIS ITEMS FENDER WELL LIP SITS ON THE OUTSIDE OR THE INSIDE OF OF THE FENDER WELL FLANGE. IM HOPING IT FITS OUTSIDE ( OR UNDER) AS I WOOLWAX THE MY UNDERCARRAGE AND WANT THE WAX TO BE SHEILED FROM SPRAY, ESPECIALLY WHE THE FLANGE IS 2 PIECES OF METAL PRESSED TOGETER WITH A SMALL EDGE THAT IS EASY TO GET WATER/RUST INTO.
