Chevy Aftermarket Door Handle
This aftermarket door handle appears to be better designed than the one that came with our 2002 Chevy Impala. Assuming that the plastic is of at least the same quality as the OEM one, there's more of it at the weak point where our old handle broke plus an additional reinforcing rib of plastic, so it should be much stronger. It would be nice if there were some detailed installation instructions, but there are several U-Tube videos online that will walk you through the process. Here's a Tip from me:(applies to '02 Impala back door, probably other year back doors as well) Make sure you have a "Wobble Head" 6" (or longer) extension for your 3/8" drive ratchet wrench. If you don't have one, you need to buy one BEFORE you start this job. Otherwise, you'll be driving to the hardware store with your door half apart.
