Performance Series Cat-Back Exhaust System, Made Of Aluminized Steel
Great value for money, OK Directions
For a cheap muffler, construction was good but not great. The muffler itself is all welded (no rolling), which is a little thin. One bracket was welded a little crooked, but did not impact the fit. Once in, the fit is fairly tight and the correct length and angles, and there are no rattles. Directions were overly simplified. The car needs to be jacked-up to stretch the springs and axle out. The old exhaust can then be removed. Then, the back section needs to be wiggled thru (which is the opposite of the directions). You can jack the car down to install the front section, making sure the muffler is lined up so the flange seats properly (you need help or about 3" of lumber). Hang the back section and slide into the front (PERFECT FIT!), making sure the clam is already installed. Tighten everything last. The note is very loud and deep around 2500 RPM. On my car, it's an annoying highway speed drone. It sounds GREAT from the outside.
