We do carry the 3-inch exhaust systems for the 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 but, I could not give a recommendation as there are fit notes to be considered as the material, and if it is a straight pipe, or does the pipe exit on the sides. There are 3 pages on this link and just check for the 3-inch fit note. I hope this helps. Not a perfect fit. Was a little long on overall length. Won't exit behind the wheels if you have a hitch so plan on running straight out the back
