Good morning Mia, or other expert. This ECM is a 1994 Buick Roadmaster wagon LT1/4L60e. However it's a swap to a 1986 Monte Carlo SS. Will the VATS be deleted in this ECM and all emissions? Or is that part of the flashing process? Thank you for your time.Mike1Jan 19, 2022

Best Answer:Hello! This ECM does come with VATS, so you would need to have it programmed to match your key, or have it disabled by a custom tuner.

Best Answer:Hi Oscar, All ECM units must be flashed on; vehicle specific on-car programming must be performed AFTER install to prevent drivability issues. You can have it flashed ON thru a dealership or any certified automotive shops.

You can have it flashed ON thru a dealership or A1 cardone themselves. Cardone would come with instructional with it to have it shipped back to them and back to you after flashing(an option).
