It wasn't a 'perfect' match. There were plastic tabs on the plastic mounting assembly that needed to be removed to get the mirror to sit flush against the door. There were no holes in door for those tabs to be inserted into. The electrical connections and operation work fine.

If you’re talking about the foam piece on the back that supports and seals the mirror to the door, just use the one off of the mirror you have replaced, if it didn’t come with one you could probably just use like three layers of cardboard but you will want to cut the pieces out the fit the hole correctly

Hi, No. You can reuse the screws from the old one or we suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store. They sell them at most auto parts stores.
