Hi Bill,
If the OE number you have on the original window regulator is not matching to the interchange OE number we have, it means these are not the same. This part we have will only fit the 4-door crew cab models of the 2004-2008 Ford F-150 and 2006-2008 Lincoln Mark LT replacing the rear driver side regulator with the motor.
