Working great so far. I should have done this repair earlier. After 16 years, I forgot that the tailgate is supposed to go up on its own!
I was a little concerned when the first support was too long, but I swapped sides and they both went on.
Great that the parts came in only 2 days (2 days earlier than original estimation). Great price, so great that my radar is up on the quality, but I'll probably sell the car in a few months. Only reason it is 4 stars is I have no idea how long the support will last, and these websites never provide the ability to follow-up on a review.

Works as expected. Found a great installation video on YouTube as was able to put these in without too much difficulty. Make sure rear hatch is lifted to full extension in order to ensure that the new lift support arms fit in your vehicle. Highly recommend for anyone who trunk lid is no longer being properly supported.
