Part didn’t fit even though listed as correct one
Part ordered did not fit. Confirmed with customer service that indeed we did purchase and receive the part that the site stated we needed. The customer service person did some searching and came back saying “oh there is another one that actually looks like it’s the right one. We can process a return and start an order for that one”. The correct part doesn’t come up in searches when you put the vehicle info in so there is no way we could have avoided getting the ring part. We returned the part and ended up having to go to the dealer and pay more as we couldn’t. Wait another week for shipping of the correct part. Very disappointing experience.

Unfortunately, the side mirror is the wrong size. The ad indicated my selection would fit all S40 T5 Volvos from 2004 to 2011. My car is a 2011 and the mirror doesn't fit. Please send details re: your return policy and whether or not you carry the the passenger side mirror I need.
