Best Answer:Hi, When you mentioned motor, do you mean the ballast? The internal wirings are included but this set is dos not include the ballast and the HID bulbs. You can transfer or swap the ballast and bulbs from the old headlights to these new ones.

Mk 5 HID 12 pin headlight review
Everything came in on expected time. Loved the quality of the headlights and everything was packaged great. Headlight lens were sealed perfectly and there is no kind of way of water or condensation can get inside of the housings. The rubber covers for the turn signals are also water tight as well. My only discretion that I had was the inner leveling motor on one headlight was bad.

Ordered these two weeks ago, my order was delayed by a few days despite already being adjusted for COVID delivery delays. Once the sorts arrived, I spent two hours installing them only to find I was shipped a defective pair.
