Hello, my key fob locks/unlocks all doors except the driver door. The lock switch on the driver door panel only operates the other 3 doors but not the driver door. The only way to lock the driver door is by inserting the key in the lock. Will replacing the door lock actuator solve my problem? ThanksMark F.Jun 20, 2021
Best Answer:If you have tried to resync your door locks and it hasn’t helped than yes changing door lock actuator will fix issue. But you will have to program the new lock actuator to your fob

Front, Driver And Passenger Side Door Lock Actuators
Great fit and price, but beware of preload spring!!!
This door lock actuator fit perfectly, works like it should straight from the factory, and feels sturdy. However, be aware that you have to preload a spring that connects to the small cable that then connects to the outside door handle. Without setting the preload, you will run into problems like not enough tension or too loose a cable. Either one will lead to you not being able to open your door properly. This is a common mistake, and some kind of print out of this step should be included with each actuator, or posted on the website in bright red letters. Overall, I am EXTREMELY happy with the price and performance!
