Since you do not have the rock warrior package, we cannot 100% confirm if this would fit and if there is a difference on the bracket design and mounting positions. Usually, the dealership can confirm this. A call to your local Toyota Dealership and providing your VIN number can confirm if you can use the one with rock warrior package even if you do not have that fitment off road rock warrior package series.

I see no difference in quality between this bumper and others that cost $300-$400 more. I did spend $10 on bedliner spray and sprayed the inner side for better protection based on how the factory bumper rusted.
