Will this fit my 2005 tacoma SR5 TRD model? It has a factory trailer hitch. I noticed in the picture that it doesn't have the two raised plastic caps that go over the two hitch mounting bolts, that is why I am wondering about it. How good is the finished coating and how well will it stand up to our winters? How does it compare to the factory chrome finish? My painted one is completely rusted out.PaulMar 07, 2022
Best Answer:Hi Paul, I'm glad to assist you. This is not compatible. You will need a tow package type of step bumper to accommodate the factory hitch. This fits the truck without a factory hitch type. Still, you might need other parts, such as a front brake disc and pad kit (with ceramic pads).
