Nope. Never arrived, never shipped, misleading communication. Just a big no from me.
Received emails with an arrival date - and an updated arrival date due to carrier issues (the election, covid?). Those dates came and went! I called - was told those “estimated arrival” emails weren’t wrong, they were estimates, and that technically in the original order, they still had two days to ship before they were in any breach of contract. Well? Why send the misleading emails? This company conducted their business like sneaks. No thanks, never again. Be truthful, be upfront, be honest and be accountable. I cancelled my order and happily paid a little more from the local dealership, where they were honest.
