I have bed rails for tie down cleats. Can I install this without remove those rails?Richard W.Apr 23, 2020

As per checking, the item is a low profile type cover so it will not interfere with the bed rails that are mounted on the top of the bed side via stake pocket holes. However, if the rails you mentioned are inside the bed, the they have to be removed because it will comes with it's own rail system. Hope this helps!
