Converter shown in picture is the EXACT product that I recieved. Measurements were right on. It is one piece. C-Stuff tech told me this would not work on my vehicle - I called M-Flow direct and spoke with a techie, he said it would fit and it did fit - no modifications at all. I installed this on a 1991 Toyota Pickup, base model, 4WD, with Calif. emission exhaust system. Holes in converter flanges are oval shaped (so this will fit a variety of exhausts) so you will need some flat washers to prevent your nut from catching the side of this hole when tightening. I used a 2" long, 14mm head bolt. M- Flow has started putting gaskets in with their converters and accidently put two rear gaskets in this model. I let M- F know about this and they are working to correct this issue. However, there are already several of these boxes out there on distributor shelves, so plan to buy a front gasket at your local auto parts store. Don't plan on using your old bolts, my broke off after two turns of the wrench. If the bolts won't come off, cut them off with a sawzall - you won't hurt anything. This converter can go on in either direction - however, note that it will only go one way because of the flanges on your exhaust pipes. Also note that the heat shield goes on the top (facing your bed), NOT on the bottom (facing the road). DO NOT bang on your pipes with a hammer as the vibration will break the ceramic in O2 sensors!! Shipping via FEDX was slow, took 10 days to ship from Wis. to Col. because they ship it through FEDX Smart Post which means it goes FEDEX ground, then to your local post office for re-shipment. FEDX tracking showed it sitting in my town for 3 days before it made it to my door. If you want it faster than that, then ship it another way - you will pay for it. I am a backyard mechanic and R&R'd this converter in 50 minutes with standard wrenches. Truck runs like new.

Cons only minor and are solved with cutting wheel on a dremel strategically applied to gaskets for needed fit when torqued and compressed. Four (3VZ-E) head bolt washers addressed large holes, with stock threaded hardware reversed to fit into wide slots for centering at foreward flange. (All merely supplementing replacement oem bolts, locking exhaust nuts, and gaskets.) Has a sweet new raspy tenor tone and I'd swear it has better torque and response. (3.0L V-6.) If it still passes DEQ emmissions testing this August, 2008 (I'll let you know)...well, you guys kick #%@!!! I will definitely recommend your store in and out of the shop.
