Not worth the trouble.
2000 Sienna LE I tried taking the cheap way and bought this. I regret it. It is not oem. The pipe was 1/4 smaller than stock. I found this out after cutting the flange off to splice into my existing exhaust. After I used adapters and got it mounted, it sounded terrible. Small flex pipe was broken or not welded properly and was leaking a large amount of exhaust into the vehicle and making a horrible noise while accelerating. So I had to cut and weld a new flex pipe in(the main reason I bought this was a leaking flex pipe). The second major problem I had was the pipe to bank 1 was not formed the same as the stock. It was shaped towards the passenger side a couple inches at least from where the stock was. Not a problem except it was resting against the motor mount. That vibration was extremely loud on first test drive. As far as the flanges lining up they were actually pretty close. Minor tweaking, which is expected. The only thing I didnt like about the flanges was the holes for mounting are oval and cut into the gasket ring area. Shouldn't be a problem if your gasket fits perfect but could cause problems if a sealant is needed but that's another issue.

Not happy
I bought this a couple of months ago as a "direct replacement" for the original. It was extremely difficult to bolt up in the original position. The size of the pipe is not as large as the original. None of the original hangers and supports on the van can be used. Two months after installation the check engine light came on and it will not pass emission inspection. Needless to say I am not happy,
