How can I tell if my 2011 Toyota Rav4 (Base Model) is American made? I have the specs downloaded from Toyota referencing the VIN number but do not see where it was manafactured.Scott B.Oct 05, 2020
Best Answer:Hi Scott, The origin of the vehicle is found on the 1st character of the VIN. If it is a "J" it is made in Japan, "K" is for Korea. If it starts with a number usually it is made in the US, Canada, Mexico, or Northern America.

2010 Rav 4 USA headlamp assembly
Fast delivery, big box! replaced both headlights at same time. Glad I did much better light and cleaner looking then the old hazy OME. Be sure to get proper version we got the USA Toyota. Check your VIN number and compare to online web posts. Little more work then expected have to remove the front bumper cover., Grill guard to install these. But several good videos on YouTube to help. Light fit and works perfect in 2010 RAV4. Didn't even have to adjust the beam height!
