punish the consumer for lack of knowledge
buyer beware.. you better know where your vehicle was made if not this mirror might not work. How do u find out where it was made.. good questions! In <a href="http://carparts.com" target="_blank">carparts.com</a> description it it states vehicles in north America, normal people would not think much of that. the problem is the wire harness is differ for differ models which how are we suppose 2 know that? <a href="http://carparts.com" target="_blank">carparts.com</a> did communicate well with me and made sure i knew i could send the mirror back but i wasnt getting my shipping cost back or the taxes, in other words not a full refund on top of that i have 2 pay return shipping because i was suppose 2 know the harnesses are differ.. maybe im right maybe im wrong, i feel they need 2 let people know all 2012 rav4 are not the same!! wont buy from them again!!
