Good part except for damage upon receiving
I worked at a Toyota dealership and was referred to this site by the parts manager himself to help save some money on OEM parts. The blower motor fit my Rav4 and the install would have been very easy to do myself, however upon opening the package I saw that the black plastic housing around the blower motor was cracked. Not sure if it was a shipping problem or something that got missed in packing the item, however I did opt to return the item and the customer service has been very helpful in resolving this issue. I plugged in the blower motor to confirm it did run and it functioned, just with that crack I don't trust it being in MN where things freeze in the winter. I do plan to order a blower motor here again when I do need one. (Turns out the old blower motor had leaves inside that caused it to sound like it was going out)
