Decent Product for the price
Bought a replacement hood for an old Toyota Truck. I wasn't looking for anything exceptional as I was basically just putting it back together to get rid of it. The price is right, and everything was perfect all of the way through the installation. In fact, everything was perfect right up to the time that I went to shut the hood, as I have every other hood that I have ever shut and left 2 dents in the top of the hood where each of my hands were. I then realized that the sheet metal thickness is about as heavy as a pop can. Can't say I am completely disappointed in the purchase at the price, as I probably should have lowered my expectations as I definitely didn't expect to dent the hood from pushing it closed as I always have. I try to not slam the hood shut, but evidently this hood is intended to be dropped. I have not contacted them yet to see if they will replace the product, but I am guessing not- given that I damaged it, though definitely not intentionally.
