Can I only use your mirror and bracket and leave my original casing connected to my 97 landcruiser? i.e I don’t hv to R and R the whole hardware and paint new part? TIANadim H.Dec 11, 2020
Best Answer:Hi Nadim, This mirror is guaranteed to fit the 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser Base 6 Cyl 4.5L. You can use the bracket and the mirror only. But, it may take more time and effort to take the mirror apart and may even cause damage to both mirrors. It would be a lot easier to just install it as a whole and have it painted to the same color as the vehicle.

Great mirrors, not so great shipping
Very pleased with the mirrors we bought. We are happy that you can buy mirrors for a 1991 Land Cruiser. My son and husband were able to install them easily. They look great, too! However, we were disappointed with shipping. The boxes do not protect the product. The passenger mirror was a little banged up but we kept it because we needed it so quickly. It has a little ding on the corner where it attaches to the vehicle. The driver’s mirror suffered the same fate but much worse. The package was obviously dropped. The box was open, screws were missing and it was dented so bad that we requested a replacement. The company quickly sent another after we submitted some pictures and info. The replacement mirror is in the same shape as the first mirror. Minor spots where we will just use touch up paint. Point is, just pack the product a little better.
