Hi I recently ordered a Automatic Transmission Input Shaft Speed Sensor for my 2009 Toyota Camry LE 2.4L, I had a check engine code PO793, how do I know if its the input or output sensor that is at fault? & do both sensors use  the same part?Thomas P.Jan 21, 2024
Best Answer:Hi Thomas, I'm glad to assist you. Please click the following link for more details about the trouble code P0793 (<a href="https://www.carparts.com/blog/p0793-code-intermediate-shaft-speed-sensor-a-circuit-no-signal/" target="_blank">https://www.carparts.com/blog/p0793-code-intermediate-shaft-speed-sensor-a-circuit-no-signal/</a>). The input and output speed sensor is usually one part only (it functions both ways). You can check other resources, such as the specific repair manual for your vehicle or DIY vlogs from YouTube or Dailymotion video-sharing websites. If good. Grab our lowest price and click the link below to buy it today. Replaced TSS...95 Lexus ES300 with  sensor#..53206682_105740929.  Good for 20 miles.  Then engine died, restarted  trans. going out of gear,  Very erratic , went into and out of gear. Engine died. Restarted engine and drove home in low gear.   The Ck. Engine lite DID NOT LIGHT UP.  Will the sensor advertised function better?.  Old sensor cost $31.00 + $60.00 Labor. Rudy Aguilar.. ThxRudolfo A.Sep 02, 2021
Best Answer:Hi Rudy, I'm pleased to assist you. Sorry about that. This sensor is guaranteed to fit the 1995 Lexus ES300 Base 6 Cyl 3.0L. It has an OEM-grade (Original Equipment Manufacturer) quality and is covered by a 3-year or 36,000-mile manufacturer's limited warranty. This is definitely of better quality than what you previously bought. Click on the link below to order at 59% off the regular price while supplies last. I hope this is helpful. my 2004 toyota camry has two transmission speed sensors. Do both speed sensors use the same part?WaltNov 12, 2020
Best Answer:Hi Walter, No. The other one is the Output Shaft Speed Sensor. This part you have chosen is compatible with the 2004 Toyota Camry LE and XLE 6 Cyl 3.0L. This will work for SE and not for 4 Cyl 2.4L. To check the fitment please use our Vehicle Selector — which can be found towards the top of the homepage as well as all categories, search results, and product pages — can help verify if a part will fit your specific application. To enter your application, simply select your vehicle’s year, make, model, sub-model, and engine type and click “Go.” Once your application is selected, you’ll see a “Guaranteed to Fit” badge if the part will fit, and we recommend that you also double-check Your Vehicle Fit Details as well as the Vehicle Fitment Information table on the product page.
