Timing Chain Kit, 4 Cyl., 1.8L, Engine Designation 1Zz-Fe, Dohc, 16 Valves
For the price, overall the kit was decent. I ran into a few issues while installing it. One of the chain guides wasn't cut out for the reluctor wheel on the crank so the teeth would hit, I took a cutting wheel and made the relief cut to match the oem guide. The same guide also was in the way of the timing cover. I had to grind down the bottom foot to clear the mating surface. The chain tensioner o ring was too small allowing oil to leak past it. I had to later on remove it and apply some rtv to seal it up. Since the instal everything has been working as it should. We will see how long the parts last.
