Quality is decent-had to drill out the inside on all four for them to fit my 2011 4Runner.

Door handle needed a little adjustment
The part was well made but lacked the recesses for the guides that project from the retaining clip/ part in the door. I needed to drill two holes into the handle to allow it to fully return and fit flush. It would have been good to have known this in advance. Part works great with that slight modification.
