I waited awhile to put it in thinking I would need glue ,And gloves ,And half a day to put it in ,that was a waste. The hardest part to putting it in ,was removing the old placement tabs. I had the new weather seal in , in under 30 min. Fit ,and placement of the holding tabs ,was spot on ! Its nice not having dust ,And cold air coming into the cab anymore!

I bought this to replace the original seal, because the original one was falling off at the bottom of the door. In retrospect, I should have just replaced clips and glued it to the clips where the clip holes on the rubber had torn. Instead, I thought I'll just buy a new one. More expensive, but my truck is worth the money I put into it.
The new seal snaps in easy and all the clips are in the right locations. The rubber was thicker, but that was because it's new - so after about a week of slamming my door harder than usual to make sure it's all the way closed, the seal flattened out a little, so now I can just close my door normally. The major down side is that I now have wind noise up by the corner of the door (right next to my ear while I'm driving). I didn't have that with the original seal. My passenger side still has the original seal. So as a comparison, the original seal appears to be higher in the gap between the top of the door and the cab than the new replacement.
To sum up, while it looks good, there is something slightly off in the fit and I would advise people to get a guaranteed OEM part, maybe one with a warrantee to function as intended. Wind noise on the freeway is not enjoyable.

The new door seals I purchased fit great and installed in less than a half hour. I would definitely recommend to others as these were a perfect fit and installed quickly. They came with everything needed.
