Knock Sensor, With Wiring Harness
Cheap, gets the job done.
The product arrived less then a week after ordering it. When I received the package and opened it, it appeared that the base had some tool marks or rust on it, but nothing to complain about for the price. The only real problems i ran into with my 1997 subaru legacy l 2.2 engine was getting at the old sensor was very tricky (once me and a couple buddies managed to find it) as its under the throttle and a little towards the front of the car. The new one went in without a problem, once i used a piece of paper in the socket to keep the bolt steady, then inserted the extension with bolt held in the socket with the paper and fed it down by hand in between all the wires and hoses. make sure to plug the new sensor in before trying to bolt it on as its tricky to try to plug it in while its down under everything.

This is an easy installation as long as you take off the plastic air box first (also easy). So far the fault code has not come back.
