The quality of the pipe appears at least as good as the original. The overall fit appears decent but the pipe connection at the catalytic converter is NOT the same as the OEM part and thus the gasket isn't fitting as it should ... still, it works. The pipe (as well as the muffler that I ordered) are shipped with minimal protection. A fair number of dents were in the muffler. The pipe was fine, however.
