When a vehicle is 14 years old, you don't want to sink a fortune into catalytic converters, so these are a decent choice. However "Guaranteed fit" is being a bit generous. The heat shield takes some persuading to fit. Worst of all, the bolts that are supplied for the bottom flange are TOO SHORT. Imagine getting this in, starting to bolt everything together, and seeing the bolts are too short.
Appearance - who cares how it looks.
Ease of installation - absolutely not.
Quality and performance - haven't had a chance to try it yet. Gotta find bolts long enough.
