No. This only controls the turn signal, headlights, and headlights dimmer. It does not control the wipers.

I'm hearing the turn signal sound when it's not engaged. It's the same sound and tempo but faster. All my lights are working. Now, the right turn signal will activate on its own. The switch should be located in the REPS504303's arm. You will need to reference a shop manual for your vehicle to locate any wiring or relays as we do not have a reference for this.

My blinker had broke in my 2004 Saturn Vue and all I kept hearing was my turn signal but it was like somebody had hit fast forward....all the time. When I would put my turn signal on it went back to normal...most annoying sound ever!! I bought this new turn signal and have not had an issue since!!!
