Includes all necessary hardware for instillation. With this, the spring, and the strut, there was nothing from the old system that I needed to complete install. The only real complaint is the white bearing that comes to allow the spring to rotate when the wheel turns. It does not freely turn out of box, and causes a ratcheting effect as the spring has difficulty turning. I was told after the fact that this is a typical thing and will take care of itself with time, but nowhere in the instructions does it mention that about this part, and it does not instruct you as to which end is up, or if orientation matters at all.
