I was told this vehicle 2006 Porsche Cayenne S doesn’t have shock absorbers just has struts is this true ?BigmofoFeb 06, 2023
Best Answer:Hi Alvin, thank you for reaching out. A strut assembly is another form of a shock absorber. It is a combination of a shock absorber and coil springs. It is sometimes called coil-over shocks. The 2006 Porsche Cayenne S may use a strut assembly instead of regular shock absorbers if it does not have air suspension. This item is for models with rear coil springs. Kindly call our parts team at 1-866-529-0412 and provide the complete vehicle information. We'll be more than glad to help you look for the correct part. Have a nice day.
