Best Answer:Hi Mark, I'm glad to help you out. This part does not fit the 2019 Ford F-150. Upon checking, we currently do not have in stock the direct-fit horn for the vehicle. Bad connection, bad relay, the bad fuse can be the cause and checked. Here is something you can try. Disconnect the grounding wire from the car battery. Unscrew the screw securing the horn to the mounting bracket. Disconnect the power supply wire from the rear of the horn. Inspect the horn for an adjusting dial. I hope this helps. You may also want to consider adding a trim fastener and molding removal kit, good to have as an addition to your home and garage tools. You can click on the link below to see the part.
