The AC idler pulley is different from this main Accessory belt Idler pulley, this is the main engine pulley which is responsible for guiding and tensioning the engine drive belts to prevent slacks. The AC idler pulley is with part number FS45957. The accessory belt idler pulley would support the power steering pulley and alternator pulley to prevent slacks. Still, it is best to refer to a vehicle specific repair manual to be guided accurately. I hope this helps. Happy shopping.
